Proprietary graphite enhancement techniques make our finished products the finest in the industry, yielding high-purity, dust and out-gas free graphites for many demanding applications. Purity levels of less than 3 ppm total metallics can be achieved with a computer-controlled purification process using various chemicals and gas purge cycles. After purification, all products are stored in cleanroom sealed containers that ensures the product remains free of contamination.

Our Glassy Carbon ImpregnationTM process is used to penetrate the graphite and form a bond that prevents dusting, eliminates out-gassing, decreases porosity and enhances product life. State-of-the-art, Glassy Carbon CoatingTM techniques are also available to form a pure carbon-bonded layer which uniformly seals the surface micro pores of the graphite. This coating, impervious to chemical absorption, reduces electrostatic discharge and provides uniform heat transfer, while retaining the physical properties of the original substrate.
